Red Tailed Hawk

No problem, and by the way, it is a nice sharp picture, easy to ID.

The expanded picture clearly shows a red tail with white tip, so I would suggest a Red-tailed Hawk.

It's probably a red-tailed hawk but it could also be a red-shouldered or even a juvenile from a Cooper's hawk. Hard to tell from a distance.
