Description:

The female monarch has wider "webbing" and a lack of spot on the hindwing

Habitat:

In the wild at a butterfly garden

Notes:

The pupa was inside the rearing area. Law prevents them from releasing the adults they've reared, but the wild monarchs have made their way North into Oregon for the first time in a decade or more
