It was spotted in the Philippine Sea I took the picture my self a mile off the eastern coast of Camp Shawb Okinawa while snorkling to Reacon Island. The north western side of Okinawa is the east china sea which i have never been snorkling in and the south eatsern side is the Philippine Sea.
Hi John. This is a type of coral, but I had to remove it from the Philippine Coral Survey because it wasn't spotted in the Philippines. :)
