@Ashish: Yes, it is called racket-tailed or raquet-tailed, a specialty of these wonderful and colorful birds! Exact purpose is this tail pendule is not known, but if you have seen them they do it very often, specially when having been landed on a branch. http://creagrus.home.montereybay.com/motmots.html
