My impression is Ipomoea indica. The sepals are very important and if this was an artistic expression venue then all of the darkness might be appropriate but it is supposed to be for Identification purposes , so the 'artsy-fartsy' stuff doesn't help ID's at all...
I have some in my garden in the summer but its really great to see where it grows naturally.
