The plant is a type of Buddleia or Butterfly Bush. I am not sure which type but you could check a nursery web page and you might find it, as this is a garden plant. Here is the link for the wiki page for Buddleia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buddleja Hope this is helpful!
