Species ID Suggestions

now that you mention it Martin, the front legs do look odd - one of the things I first noticed were the thickish femora. I searched for an ID for hours - thought it could be from either family Pachygronthidae (antennae too long) or Ischnorhynchinae ( femur not thick enough). Totally confusing !! I don't know enough about bugs to further distinguish between them all. Hopefully will find out one day... your flickr pic is so clear and the bug is beautifully green ( to add to the confusion !)
I would call this a backwards bug because its front legs belong on the back. I cannot view this creature now without smiling. I do not understand this group and offer no suggestions except to say I found one before and got an expert comment, but alas, no ID http://www.flickr.com/photos/66925960@N08/6281694148/in/set-72157627535727165/
