Description:

-Grass growing out of a tree ( Trunk )
-Maybe an Inch long

Habitat:

Grow on horizontal or vertical stems of hardwood
trees, primarily vine maple and big-leaf maple.
Some tree species grow on logs and stumps;
a few also may grow on forest floor often obscured by
leaf litter.

Notes:

Like all bryophytes mosses, have two forms of reproduction, Asexual or vegetative reproduction and sexual reproduction.

Tree mosses change from the type of enviroment their in , They adapt to their enviroments then finding s pecific one

This is a Plant ( Producer ) so they make their own food and energy - from sunlight water & CO2 which they all need and require
