Description:
-It is the most common of Muscari.
-"Comosum" comes from "with nice hair"
- the bulbs are famous delicacy
Habitat:
Found everywhere, at low altitudes, rocky terrain, field boundaries, uncultivated lands, forests and meadows, preferring well-drained soils.
Notes:
Ancient Tips: "The bulbs fit in with cheese, honey, onion and vinegar. If you eat them without them, then they are miserable and bitter".
