Flatid Citrus Planthopper

In Brisbane Insects one similar to this is known as a Pink Planthopper-Colgar sp. http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_planthoppers/PinkPlanthopper.htm. This one has more pink and looks more like http://www1.dpi.nsw.gov.au/keys/fulgor/species/cperacut.htm
Unsure how the eyes in the examples relate to the eyes in live images such as mine. They are green in the museum example and black in the live one
