Callimetopus Blanchard, 1853 is a genus of longhorn beetle belonging to the subfamily Lamiinae, tribe Pteropliini. It is widespread in South-western Asia with many species in the Philippines and the adjacent islands, - wikipedia

I think it looks like a seal. :)
How sure are you about Leiopus sp.? This is mostly an European species. I did not find any reports from East Asia, only as far as Iran and Russia. What about Callimetopus sp. and for example Callimetopus capito?? Not sure at all! But definitely a Lamiinae. https://apps2.cdfa.ca.gov/publicApps/plant/bycidDB/wdetails.asp?id=36350&w=o
