It's an African Goose, or at least part African, with that dewlap. An Anser cygnoides in any case.
This is a domestic breed of geese. So the scientific name in your case would be: Anser cygnoides (I believe as this breed comes from the Swan Goose) don't know if it is correct to add "domesticus" after the name. Anyway, the photos are either of the African Goose or Chinese Goose breed. not 100% sure which.
