Aranaeidae, Argiopinae, Argiope sp., might be Argiope australis, but I would need more pictures of it, mostly of both, upper- and underside to be sure about the species. http://www.biodiversityexplorer.org/arachnids/spiders/araneidae/argiope_australis.htm
