Description:
Herb. Stems are reddish-brownish in colour. Globular mauve flower lik fluffy balls.. The leaves respond to being touched by closing the leaflets.
Habitat:
This was growing on the beach, Corbyn's Cove near Port Blair. But I have also seen it growing wild on the grounds of Port Blair airport.
