Description:

About 30cm in diameter, tubular-elongated arms with rounded tips.

Habitat:

Spotted at Sea Flores, Komodo area, Indonesia, it's found in shallow waters of tropical Indo-Pacific region. An inhabitant of coral reefs and sea grass beds.

Notes:

The genus Linckia is recognized by scientists as being possessed of remarkable regenerative capabilities and may be able to reproduce asexually.
