Field Notes

Description:

Beautiful greenish-yellow songbird. As much as I love songbirds, I find them as difficult to identify as to photograph. Lol!

Habitat:

Wetland

Notes:

A multitude of small songbirds inhabit the slough. Requires a lot of patience to photograph and identify, but I love them all!

I had thought it was too brown for Yellow Palm Warbler, but it could be. I was thinking it was a Western in breeding plumage.
Thank you Liam on your lead which helped to identify this bird. After reviewing all photos and the website, Ive concluded it to be the "Yellow" Palm Warbler.
