Description:

This spider was sitting on a reflector for a street lamp. This shot was taken a night.

Habitat:

Tropical dry forest in NW Costa Rica 4 months into the 6 month dry season.

@IgCostaNut--sorry about that...I didn't look that closely and just saw what I thought was Lynx. Spiders are my favorite to identify and I am embarrassed to say I didn't look close enough to pick up on what Chun stated here. Good catch!

I think it is a Jumping Spider because it's large anterior median eyes can be seen. A Lynx spider does not have those type of eyes. This one might be close to the genus Onomastus.
