Field Notes

Description:

Dorsal - brown-orange, ventral- pale yellow. Around 6inches long. Light stripe behind eye

Habitat:

Disturbed oak/pine forest in-between plywood. Dark, damp area

Notes:

Male and female mating. Also found two skin sheds under plywood.

I posted the right photo but I can't delete the carpet! BTW another sighting of the two snakes in the same area this afternoon (12:30) under a cover board.
Am I the only one who thinks this is the wrong photo? Looks like my office carpet.
