Eastern Tailed Blue Butterfly

Pale iridescent blue wings, with tiny tails on the tips of lower wings.
small orange "eyes" noted on lower portions of inner wings.
One tip of the wing was damaged/missing.
When sitting , prefered to fold wings, and "scissor" the wings back and forth. Quite skittish, very small.
