Description:

It was trying to eat/attack these birds inside a cage. I suspect it's a falcon. It had clear bright red eyes (in case you can't make that out from the pic.)

Yea! I suppose it's a shikra too (which I found after looking on the handy dandy Wikipedia)! (Im not sure about its size,Cecilia J. I'd say "medium". LOL.) Thanks chimetsetan! :)
looks like shikra, accipiter badius. but i could be wrong.
