Habitat:

It grows throughout the whole year on trunks of deciduous trees, especially on the beech but this one wasn't.

Notes:

It is not edible.

yes, it's hard to tell in that state - the Ganoderma species can get very old under the right conditions - varying strongly from juvenile to adult state
well....I'll put your sugg name and then when it grows we will see :) coz could be also: Ganoderma aplanatum
Looks like a very juvenile Ganoderma adspersum, family Ganoderma. Might be a different one of this family - but I think it's a good direction.
