I think that this butterfly is Lasaia pseudomeris. It has pale spots at FW costa near the end of cell, pale area at HW costa. It is interesting that you found on the Atlantic side, not on the Pacific side. http://butterfliesofamerica.com/L/lasaia_pseudomeris.htm
