Description:

Muscari species are small plants that do not exceed 20-25 cm tall, herbaceous, acaulescent, bulbous leaf rosette, linear and stalked flowers, colorful, scented or odorless, arranged in simple racemes at the tip of a long scape, often leading at the top a tuft of sterile flowers.

Habitat:

The genus Muscari originated in the Old World, including the Mediterranean basin, central and southern Europe, northern Africa, western, central and south-western Asia.
