Description:

A tuberous perennial with pink flowers, flowering late in the summer and beginning of autumn.

Habitat:

Foothills of Jura mountain range, town park, meadow.

Notes:

In Alps and Jura (and some other French regions), the plant is considered rare and is protected.
To note also that the plant contains toxic glucosides - some varieties were reportedly used as purgatives (??????).
