Thanks for narrowing the field for me, Livan. I was pretty sure it was a skimmer. This one has the white face lacking in the slaty skimmer.
well, I think what you have here is either a female Libellula incesta - Slaty Skimmer or a female Libellula vibrans - Great Blue Skimmer. They are very close and I'm not too sure which.
