Field Notes

Description:

As discussed in another spotting http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/898446006, many blue Thelymitra sp. look very alike.
I think this is T. puaciflora rather than: T. arenaria based on smaller size (15-20mm rather than 20-26mm) and T. peniculata as the yellow post anther lobe does not appear to be deeply bilobed.

Habitat:

Grassy Dry Forest

I think you are correct. with T. puaciflora. We have quite a few of them at our place in Tasmania. Here's one with a visitor: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/3470001
