12 years ago i was hiking and came up to this fence area and so i sat down at a tree and the next thing i knew i was bleeding from my head, a man raised them for eating them and the eggs, the one that pecked me was called mad mack, lucky for me the man was near and seen it, when i recovered in a hospital bed he told me i was pecked by his Ostrich, I thought how odd was that.. I was worried about snakes and mountain lions and yet I was attacked by an Ostritch that was so funny. I have a scar still on my head that gave me 140 stitches. But i love hem birds....
Wow they are very pretty.
@Alice: The black one is male and the brown one is female... they were chasing each other the whole morning. Must be a love story :D
