Nope. Forget-me-not doesn't have the black spots near the base on the hindwing, only the spots below the costa. It's not Small Cupid either. The Small cupid only has 3 spots at the base of the underside hindwing. If you check the 2nd pic closely, you will see there are 4 spots on this one. This is probably a female; if it was a male, then the violet-blue shade on the upper side would be visible in the 2nd pic.
