Description:

The Fjord has an arched neck and a compact/muscular body with a slightly dished face. Dun color (shades may vary) with darker brown points and markings. 13.5-14.3 hands high (135-150 cm). Typically weighs 400-500 kilograms. The hair becomes particularly thick in the winter season and their natural mane ail is thick and warm. They use sexual reproduction and the pregnancy lasts about 11 months resulting in one offspring.

Habitat:

The Fjords originated in Norway. Eats grass and other plants. They live in herds and are always moving in search of suitable food and fresh water. However Fjords have been domesticated for hundreds of years and are often kept in stables or pastures. Fed a healthy diet of hay and other things like alfalfa cubes or beat pulp.
