Field Notes

Description:

2" inches tall maybe pushing 3". The group was about 5"inches across. Auburn tops with golden yellow edges and stalks.

Habitat:

Right next to the base of a dead tree stump. Ground is wet right now being fall. Northern Idaho nights are 30-40, days 50-70ish. There was dirt and wood chips cause my dogs were playing and kicked some.
