I remember the Gypsy Moth outbreak in the 70s-my Dad had us catching them! Glad you can enjoy my photos! I was just out taking more! :3
It's so nice to see photos of insects from your part of the world. I spent 7 years living in Hazleton, but it was at an age when I wasn't paying close attention. I mostly remember the gypsy moth outbreak in the early 1980s, the emergence of the periodical cicadas, fireflies in the summer and lots of Japanese beetles. Thanks for giving me a glimpse of some of the things I missed!
