Blue tailed skink

If you look at the links you provided with this spotting, you will notice that the lizard is found in Australia. What you have here is one of the skinks in the Plestiodon genus. You can only tell them apart by examining the upper lip scales and the scales under the tail, so that's pretty hard to do from the pictures here.
