Description:

Cute as a button...reminds me of the little bird that sits on Snoopy's doghouse in the cartoon "Charlie Brown"!!

Habitat:

Baby great egrets will leave the nests 2 or 3 weeks after they hatch if they can survive that long. Young egrets are very aggressive to one another and it is not uncommon for stronger siblings to kill the weaker ones

Notes:

I included a photo of the eggs, they were so beautiful in colour!
