I'm pretty sure these are termites. We had a swarm of these last year around the same time. We've been seeing them a lot lately in the house again. As old as this place is, I doubt the landlord will do anything about them, especially since we told him last year and he did nothing. I thought these photos might at least help others in identifying a termite problem if that is indeed what they are.
