Field Notes

Description:

Per David Sibley's Guide to Trees: This can be a small shrub or tree that maxes out at 66 feet, but is usually about 20 feet tall. It can have multiple trunks.

Notes:

With warmer temperature reaching into the 70s this week, this Speckled Alder is drooping her flowers. I pass by her on my way to the train, and will update with images as Summer comes along.
