The one I spotted was actually in a pot - not a "bush" or planted in the ground....which makes me hesitant to call mine a Tibouchina urvilleana....still searching for the perfect match for my ID.... :)
Sure thing!! I have one of these spottings & another fellow Noah'er helped me ID mine....though I still haven't settled on the exact ID of it yet.....
