Could it possibly be Ceanothus cyaneus?

Unfortunately I do not have any other pictures of it. My friend took a picture of it and that is the only one that was taken.
Any chance you have pics of the leaves or a close-up of the flowers? I agree with Ceanothus but not sure about C. cyaneus as it's rare and the flower arrangement looks off.
