yes looks like phellinus ignarius. every bad/unclear picture is better than nothing !! :)
Thank you Alex :) I think you are right, I have just posted a close up too, I know the quality is not the best...
so from afar, it look a bit like tinder-fungus- genus: phellinus. Take a look maybe you recognize it in this family. good luck :)
