Field Notes

Description:

Small gray & white w/ distinct black head. Year round resident.

Habitat:

Backyard feeders, mixed hardwood forests. Cavity nesters. Very social.

Notes:

I have 3 resident pairs, who stay year-round and nest somewhere in my woods. Would have gotten a few more pics but a sudden warm spell unleashed the mosquitoes this evening!
