Congratulations Scott! This gorgeous gecko was chosen for Spotting of the Day! You've got a great collection of spottings and we look forward to seeing more! "The Velvet Gecko of the genus Oedura, is a medium to large gecko found in Australia. Most geckos have no eyelids and instead have a transparent membrane which they lick to clean."
