Description:

A pinkish soft, rubbery, jelly-like fungi, growing in the dark interior of a rotted crumbling tree trunk.

Habitat:

Growing in mountainous rainforest between San Isidro de la General and Dominical in Costa Rica.

Gully.moy, checked these out, but they all seem to be growing on the ground. This one was found deep inside a rotting tree trunk. I only found it when I broke off part of the trunk by mistake. Inside the wood was all crumbling.
Looks like a Waxcap (Hygrocybe species), but given the habitat maybe their wood-loving cousins the Woodwaxs (Hygrophorus) are more likely... Something like Hygrophorus nordmanensis/capreolarius?
