More sawfly larvae? These were found in the same tree as http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/9472478 and http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/9471531 but were huddled together and didn't have tails.

This is one of several species of sawfly larvae in the Pergidae family. The tailed one is a different species again. My spotting seem larger and maybe the next instar. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8852327
Moth caterpillars... They are called pest... in urban areas.
