Habitat:

Spotted on unidentified foliage, in a part of our backyard which is allowed to grow wild, to attract insects.

Notes:

Hemiptera; Cercopoidea; Aphrophoridae; Clovia conifera ( Walker, 1851). This bug is a member of the True Spittlebugs Family (Aphrophoridae), but it is also commonly called a "Froghopper".
