Beaver Crossing!
Beavers typically leave their parents after two years to find a mate and build a lodge of their own. This beaver couldn't afford a train ticket so it had to trek all the way to his (or her) loved one on foot.

Why did the beaver cross the road? To catch a train, of course!
Love the first shot! Remember, it's not about the destination, it's about the journey! I guess this applies to our furry friends too!
