There are only 2 species of Nephila in the western part. Clavipes and Sexpunctata, which is only found in Southern Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina. Sexpunctata has more reddish legs and look different to yours. So I think it is Clavipes, of which are 2 subspecies (Fascilculata and Vespucea). There are some reports of introduced Nephilengys from Africa. But they look quite different to Nephila.
