Yea I'm pretty sure it isn't I. herois as Marta has suggested. Kibuyu's suggestion looks correct.

That I don't know. I'm sure bayucca will know though! I'm going off of similar species that have been uploaded here, I just don't know enough about them to know how much variation there is in the species (both of these spottings have several differences from each other), and yours is still different from them. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/25081335 http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/16954668
