Description:

Hurricane Irma: It is raining, and its also windy outside. I looked out of the right front window at 12:00 noon, and I spotted a small reptile, resting on the ground in the rain. Around 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon, this same small reptile, was still resting on the ground in the rain. This has been over two hours now. This reptile, is about two inches long. The color of this reptile, is different shades of brown.

Habitat:

This reptile, is usually found on the ground, or in low vegetation. This reptile, is described as a habitat generalist, that generally prefers open vegetation within disturbed sites and urbanized areas.

Notes:

I spotted this small reptile, resting on the ground, in the rain, during Hurricane Irma.
