Field Notes

Description:

Upright plant with fuzzy leaves and bright yellow flower. The stigma is large and flat. There are dark spots deep inside the petals. The stalk is red and fuzzy.

Habitat:

Along trail in riparian area at Blue Sky Ecological Reserve
