White rhino

White rhinos have fairly low genetic variation, however, they can very in weight from about 4000-6000 pounds. Unlike you would think based on the name, the white rhino is actually gray. One of the many animals that shares the same environment is the lion, a predator for many animals, though not the rhino. The white rhino shares a symbiotic relationship with the Oxpecker. This relationship is both mutualism and parasitism because the Oxpecker bird is eating ticks off the rhino, benefiting both, and cleaning out the cuts on the rhino, this is good but it is also causing fresh blood to flow. The white rhino has a fairly wide and square mouth for grazing. They have sexual reproduction and are ready to have calves at 6-7 for females and 10-12 for males.
