Description:

Size of mushroom head is about as large as a pickle jar lid. Curves in, visible gills under the main structure. Not eating it. 2-3 inches above a sandy/mulchy area.

Lol! Yes! The one thing I know enough about with mushrooms is not to eat them unless 100% sure. :) thanks again.
You are welcome. There is always something to learn about mushrooms, even for those with experience use caution when trying to ID. You were wise not to eat this. Enjoy finding new fungi.
